I've been trying to build my pools out so there are always enough purged
tapes to just fill the magazines, but it's time consuming and we don't
always have enough blanks (especially when someone starts using archival
areas for 200Gb of scratch space and blows a month's tape budget in 3
days)
It can probably be done with appropriately crafted mysql commands...
