The errors are harmless. It seems that you can make them go away, without hurting functionality by removing the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run entry which references Bacula. It isn't needed if the FD is installed as a service. At least, that was the impression I got.
