I dont think I saw your original question.

was this it?

Hi,

I'm trying to use cuncurrent jobs feature in bacule and have no success.
I even tried 1.36.2-pool.patch - not a chance.

If that is the case,  have you fully read the documentation dealing with concurrent jobs?

http://bacula.org/rel-manual/Tips_Suggestions.html#SECTION0004418000000000000000

<quote>
The Director, the File daemon, and the Storage daemon each have a Maximum Concurrent Jobs directive that determines overall number of concurrent jobs the daemon will run. The default is one for the Director and ten for both the File daemon and the Storage daemon, so assuming you will not be running more than ten concurrent jobs, the only changes that are needed are in the Director's conf file (bacula-dir.conf).
</quote>

I am not sure, but if you are not also using the spooling feature (which is great)  you may only be able to run one job at a time to tape.

Guys! Anyone can help me? Kern! I hoped you'd say something.. ;-(

I am sorry, I am able to either answer support questions or to
program, but not both. I have decided to do the latter.

Erm.. Sorry, I didn't get: are you going to answer my question in near
future or no?

It sounds like he said no. Are you not getting satisfactory answers
from the rest of us?
