Then the matter boils down to one of understanding. Help us to understand what you've done, in a simple and concise manner. For example, don't post your configs IN the email, but do make them available for those than want to read them. Complaining that people aren't answering your question is not productive. Either people know the answer, or they do not. Your job (asker), is to make our job (answerer), easy. It's also not helpful to debate whether or not you are doing this.
