Hello all: I am testing bacula as a replacement to Arkeia lite. I
plan to run my backups to my seagate scorpian 40 DDS-4 tape drive. I
run Suse 9.2 x64 on an AMD Athlon64 system. The 64-bit version of
Suse is installed. I have a few questions.

I have a problem getting bacula up and running. It appears that Suse
9.2 x64 installs the 64-bit version of libmysqlclient_r.so.12. bacula
complains as it is looking for the 32-bit version of this library.
How do I get around this problem?

I also installed bacula on a 32-bit version of Suse 9.2 running under
vmware 5.0 as a simple testing bed for the install and basic operation
since I can not get it running on my x64 system. I am unable to enter
anything in the gconsole gui. All comboboxes are blank with no
selectable options. Is this a problem with trying to run bacula right
after the inital install (backing up to file for testing)?

Thanks for the help, and be gentle, I am a newbe to bacula.

Chris
