I really question why your attempting to build this.   You might be MUCH
better off looking at the supplied Win32/Win64 binaries,  they are good.
I would suggest using them and making things work before stepping out
and attempting a cross compiler.

You should attempt to get the Win32 binaries working and if your running
into issues collect as much information as possible about your
environment, what your doing and the symptoms to the bacula-users list.
