IMO, messaging menu should support audial notifications too. It should be able to play sounds upon arrival of new messages etc. For obvious benefits playing sounds along with visual notification is better. I would like messaging menu to handle this on it's own.
This would mean, less hassle for the app developers as sound notifications will be taken care of automatically and centralized configuration for the user instead of configuring each app individually. -- Owais Lone he...@owaislone.org http://www.owaislone.org
