All I know is that there is something related to Gump.

That's not much, don't you think?

It creates a Gump descriptor that usually has to be edited by hand because of differrent dependency ids, and that uses an ant buildfile that somewhat mimics the Maven build that Gump will use.

Maven isn't made to run with Gump, Jason is quite clear on this.
