The output from configure showed m4 in /usr/ccs/bin/m4. I take it this
is GNU m4 1.4 (or later)? Other m4's probably won't support the
freeze-state arguments used to create autoconf.m4.
Oh, and please a) don't post in HTML and b) don't use such ridiculous
disclaimers when posting to a public forum.
