None of the important ones, I believe (my patch fixes the only case I
could find).

There are some ugly hacks in Autoconf to take special care of Cygwin,
Mingw and OS/2 platforms, though -- which should eventually be removed
along with the general cleanup with regard to _AC_OBJEXT, _AC_EXEEXT
and related macros.

But I agree with Akim that it works well enough (_just_) to release
v2.50.
