It would be nice, because autoconf would detect the presence of
certain standard types at configure time, but it could lead old
packages, that don't explicitly include inttypes.h in their system.h
to fail to find those types at build time.
Maybe we should have a specialized AC_CHECK_HEADER for inttypes.h,
that will add this header to the list of default headers.
