Does anybody have this file handy, so that it can be converted to .odt
and be parked somewhere for download? A Goggle search only came up with
a few PDF references to this file.
The Introduction to Macros chapter is in fact the first chapter
of a book written by Andrew Pitonyak, which he and his publisher
kindly allowed us to re-use. The reference to SC01.sxw is to a
file that people could get if they bought the book. Andrew and I
had intended to remove all those references from the OOoAuthors
version of the chapter, but obviously we missed one (or more). At
this point I think the best thing to do is to delete that statement.
Andrew is, I believe, on vacation right now. When he returns we
can discuss whether to update the chapter, or remove it from our
list of publications, or mark it as "out of date", or what.
