My issue has been resolved, it was related to SNDS. Thanks to everyone
who helped.
It seems that Microsoft was blocking the mails from reaching me.
After that, all password reset mails I sent successfully reached to my
mailbox.

Your AUR account is setup with username and email as you descrive above.
The reason your password reset didn't work is because of the email
provider you use (outlook). Please try again, Microsoft updates their
SNDS data once per day.
If you still stuck I can see your account in AUR has a GPG setup so
please send me an encrypted email with my GPG key and can update the
password for you.
