is a git-evtag[1] signed tag for the first (unstable) bubblewrap release. There is an outstanding Fedora review: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1333533 that we'll hopefully make progress on soon. bubblewrap (like an increasing number of projects) is part of the CentOS Atomic Host Continuous[2] stream.
