We have not perceived a need for that.
Any register we need initialized with a 64-bit address, we do ourselves
outside the construct e.g.:
LLGT R1,ADDR4
DO FROM=(R1)
instead of:
DO FROM=(R1,ADDR4)
We've even able to use the SPMs in our RMODE(64) products.
