Could someone who's heard the full version of Jashn-e-Bahaara please
provide us with a translation of the song. It's magical and so is In
Lamhon Ke Daaman Mein (from the little I've heard). Btw, what does
this mean ? (ie Inn Lamhon Ke Daaman Mein)
Good music should have no language barriers and that's exactly what
Rahman (always) does. These songs are so beautiful that I feel the need
to learn hindi to grasp full bliss although I must stress that even
though I don't understand the lyrics, the song is soul stirring. Simply
amazing.

P.S: I was a bit surprised when a member (Chord, I think) thought that
Taare Zameen Par was better than some recent Rahman compositions.
Probably because he understands hindi perhaps? I felt the TZP songs are
appealing mainly due to the emotions brought about by the lyrics (of
course along with the music but the lyrics play a large(r) role). I
heard Maa and couldn't understand why ppl were raving about the song
and then checked out the lyrics and I could appreciate the song after
that. With Rahman, I don't need to understand the lyrics because the
music brings the emotions;the full package. I didn't understand a word
of Yeh Jo Desh when I heard it first but remember how I felt. It was
soul stirring. Didn't have to know what the lyrics meant to appreciate
the songs. That's why Rahman rocks for me!
