I remember when AR had appeared in Chitrahaar 2 times, around 10-12 years
back, he had mentioned LP as his favorite MDs. He also quoted some of their
songs as his favorites. He specially mentioned *Kehdo Ki Tum Meri Ho Warna,
Jeena Nahin Mujhe Hain Marna *from *Tezaab (1988) *as his favorite song and
it was shown in the program*.

*I also remember reading Laxmikant's interview somewhere.. In 1995-1996.. He
said he was glad that someone like AR, even after reaching the sky hights,
has respect for senior composers in the industry. Also he told that whenever
AR used to come to Mumbai, he used to give them (LP) a call..*

*Once in an interview, AR said he considers 'Ilaiyaraja' (from the South)
and 'probably LP' (from the north) to be his Gurus!*

*How can you forget this all guys! ;-)

By the way, a trivia: Name out the SD Burman song which AR quoted as his
another favorite in the same Chitrahar program!
