I found the information regarding the eMMC here:
https://wiki.pine64.org/index.php/ROCKPro64#Disable_eMMC
to be wrong. I found that I needed to do the exact opposite
to get the eMMC working.

Try putting a jumper on SW4 before booting and installing.
