That device looks rather anemic for a modern multi-purpose OS; it
doesn't really look like a porting candidate to me. You probably could
get OpenBSD running on it (with lots of work), but ... then what apps
would you run in the remaining RAM and storage space? And how many of
these seven year old phones are still functioning well enough to provide
an interest?

Nick.

I know which is the list, but i think that OpenBSD form arm will function for this phone, my opinion is a good hardware with 64 mb ram, not more but is it is the base for more simple program, you have a solution for unlock the bootloader?

this is a mainboard http://microcontrollershop.com/product_info.php?products_id=3945
this is a cpu S3C2440 (ARM920T)

and here details http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=specs&id=462&view=1&c=t-mobile_mda_vario_ii_htc_hermes_300

the hardware is not bad, it is the same hardware of more mainobard, but this phone is a windows mobile phone, this is a problem, the bootloader is not free, and i want unlock it.

cheers friend
