You will note the machine you ask about is not listed, nor anything
remotely like it, is listed (hint: the CPU is just one of many, many
parts of a computer, most of which would have to be supported in order
for the device to be useful)

That device looks rather anemic for a modern multi-purpose OS; it
doesn't really look like a porting candidate to me.  You probably could
get OpenBSD running on it (with lots of work), but ... then what apps
would you run in the remaining RAM and storage space?  And how many of
these seven year old phones are still functioning well enough to provide
an interest?
