These are larger blocks than I would have guessed.
Can you tell us when these were allocated by ARIN ?
I'm trying to understand how long it takes to commit fraud, and more 
importantly :

- What have we learned from this ?
- Moving forward, in the wake of this, are there any policy changes we can make 
to try to prevent this from happening in the future ?
