Hi John,

It appears that the organization in question still holds the IP addresses:
https://whois.arin.net/rest/org/OPPOB/nets and they're still being announced on
the internet: https://bgp.he.net/AS20360#_prefixes

At what point will the IPs be formally revoked?

Robert -

Some number resources were immediately revoked, some will be revoked at 90
days, and some at 180 days – in this manner, timely renumbering may somewhat
mitigate potential impact to customers presently being served via the address
blocks being revoked.

Thanks,
/John
