servation and collections care with an understanding of how project manage
ment techniques and principles can be applied to successfully run projects
in a heritage setting. Participants will work on a case study and practic
e tools and techniques that will help them to run small and mid-size proje
cts efficiently. The course is intended for conservators, collections and
conservation managers and other heritage professionals who are managing pr
ojects such as remedial conservation, organising exhibitions, gallery refu
rbishments or storing and moving collections. \n The number of participant
