Why do you talk "free device"? I didn't say that...not exactly.

1. I think that all developers could ORDER (so not free!) an Android
Phone to test, in US, in europe...in same time. The phone should not
be locked to one operator.
2. I think that it is cool if ADC participant (not all developers, but
one device by app) could receive on device - so, there it's free...

I hope that my feelings is understood now without ambiguity.
