Hmmm. So are you saying that progs built from source should be looking
in the kernel tree for alsa include files, and not in /usr/include/sound or
some similar place. Btw, thanks for your help! Basically, I'm trying to find
out if newer include files should ever be manually updated (and where) when
updating to a newer alsa-driver than what the kernel has. (bad grammer, I know)
