Has anyone got an idea concerning the m-audio audiophile asound.conf?
Actually I got a tiny step forward in that I saw that with certain
formats put into the slave section it seems to proceed a bit further,
i.e. using one of
S16_BE S24_BE S24_LE S32_BE S24_3BE
I get the error message:
---
pcm_dmix.c:1127:(_snd_pcm_dmix_open) Unsupported format
---
With S16_LE and S32_LE I get the beforementioned
---
ALSA lib pcm_direct.c:849:(snd_pcm_direct_initialize_slave) requested or
auto-format is not available
---
Anyone knows if I need to set other parameters to some special value?
What else can I try?
