I have an M-Audio Delta-66, which has S/PDIF stereo input and output channels. I am very happy with this card. ALSA support is good, even at low latencies. I paid about $200USD for it. The four analog input and output channels sound great. S/PDIF output works well, but I have not yet tried the S/PDIF input.
