Hi, I have just upgraded my system to Redhat phoebe-3. After sorting out the compile problem that I had with release 0.9.0rc8a using the response:

I am just trying to modpobe the modules to get them working using the advice at: http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc/doc-php/template.php3?company=VIA&card=&chip=via8235&module=via82xx After doing modprobe soundcore with no errors and it visible in lsmod I try to do modprobe snd-via82xx and get the following error which I think are related to the modifications I make before compiling: /lib/modules/2.4.20-2.48/kernel/sound/acore/snd.o: unresolved symbol schedule_work /lib/modules/2.4.20-2.48/kernel/sound/acore/snd.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.4.20-2.48/kernel/sound/acore/snd.o failed /lib/modules/2.4.20-2.48/kernel/sound/acore/snd.o: insmod snd-via82xx failed My motherboard is an Abit AT7. Does anyone have any suggestions?
