hi, i saw two messages about nforce2 chipset and onboard sound, but i
haven't understood what to do to add nforce2 support to alsa ( i'm a big
newbie ) so i've found a patch about that later, in kernel patch section,
but i don't know how to patch a kernel.

i just type patch name_of_the_patch but computer starts a neverending
work, so i would like to know wich command shall i type? the patch is
18/12/2002 in kernel patch section. thanks.

$ man patch

is your friend. The patch program reads files from its standard input, not a file. Therefore you'd have to do "patch < name_of_the_patch", but if you are that much of a newbie, you'd better stay away from things like patching the kernel. Take it easy... maybe try to compile a custom kernel first and get it working (so that you get the basics right), and then you can try patching it.
