Hi, i download the source tree by CVS but a 'make' dies a horrible dead. take a look:

sparc64-linux-gcc -D__KERNEL__ -DMODULE=1 -I/usr/src/packages/SOURCES/alsacvs/alsa-driver/include -I/lib/modules/2.2.20/build/include -O2 -m64 -pipe -mno-fpu -mcpu=ultrasparc -mcmodel=medlow -ffixed-g4 -fcall-used-g5 -fcall-used-g7 -Wno-sign-compare -DLINUX -Wall
-Wstrict-prototypes -fomit-frame-pointer -pipe -DALSA_BUILD -DKBUILD_BASENAME=cmipci -c -o cmipci.o cmipci.c
../alsa-kernel/pci/cmipci.c: In function `snd_cmipci_create':
In file included from cmipci.c:1:
../alsa-kernel/pci/cmipci.c:2957: structure has no member named `global_list'
../alsa-kernel/pci/cmipci.c:2957: structure has no member named `global_list'
../alsa-kernel/pci/cmipci.c:2958: structure has no member named `global_list'
make[2]: *** [cmipci.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/packages/SOURCES/alsacvs/alsa-driver/pci'
make[1]: *** [compile] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/packages/SOURCES/alsacvs/alsa-driver'
make: *** [build] Error 2

Any idea on what goes wrong here?

And can anyone tell me how to give options ( --with-cards=cs4231 etc ) when i do a make build?
There is no ./configure in the alsa-driver directory

I am building on a sun ultra 10 running suse 7.3 linux with a home brew 2.2.20 kernel.

All help is welcomed !

Kind regards,
@
