Dear Wily,

Thank you for your nice screenshot and help. I tried this, but it just says my
card is not listed. I would like to uninstall alsa for sure so that I can
install the OSS commercial driver. I already have the driver purchased and
used it just fine in 8.2 until I got alsa working in 8.2. What is the best
way to uninstall alsa?

Thanks again for all of your help. I hope I can use alsa on my LM9 sometime
soon.

Sincerely,

Marcia
