The standalone aplay started and nothing happened. Adding arecord in the other terminal, lots of signs appeared and the pc-speaker began to beep like machine-gun fire. This also happens when I start arecord without aplay. When I place the microphone to an isolated place this beeping stops. It also stops after disconnecting the microphone from the soundcard.
