I wish I could figure out whats wrong with my onboard sound. I've been trying cvs updates and I've been having problems still. The mixer and everything works, but there is still no sound. (the volume and everything is set correctly it's not on mute or anytning obvious)
I think my only recourse is to boot using XP or something and see if that at leasts get the sound working. :/ sri On 1 Oct 2002, Orestes Mas wrote: > Date: 01 Oct 2002 11:48:27 +0200 > From: Orestes Mas <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: Takashi Iwai <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: Re: [Alsa-user] i845 driver problems SOLVED! > > Thanks to Takashi Iwai's comments, I've solved my problems with the > audio hardware contained into a intel D845BG (revision 11) motherboard. > > He suggested me to download and compile the CVS version of ALSA, and > that one finally worked.
