Thanks to Takashi Iwai's comments, I've solved my problems with the audio hardware contained into a intel D845BG (revision 11) motherboard.
He suggested me to download and compile the CVS version of ALSA, and that one finally worked. Is in those situations when one can feel the developers' very huge task. How to thank all of you? Oh, well, I know... I'm using Debian but I'll recommend SuSE to all my friends ;-) Only a little problem remains... The sond's volume is very small, although I've tried everything to make it louder (alsamixer, kmix...) Perhaps is a problem of my speakers (new ones, never tested before).
