Hello, is http://members.chello.at/hrdisk/pics/linux/e24c.png what it looks like? I tried to find a solution on this list for this problem with my Midiman Delta 44 twice but to no avail, seem to remember that someone else also had the problem a few months ago with another Midiman card. I have 0.9.0beta12 installed.
Did your solution with commenting out the line result in audible Analog out output? Andreas v. Heydwolff Vienna Yes, that is exactly what I get. Unfortunately just commenting out the test that prevents the Control GUI showing the right stuff doesnt fix the underlying problem, so I still have no output from digital mixer. Where to from here I dont know ... as far as I'm concerned it is a bug. I havent heard much from other users either way except that it doesnt normally seem to be a problem with the Delta 44. I woud be appreciated also if one of the ALSA developers (if they are monitoing this list) could make a comment on this problem.
