In the same directory, there is "autoconf.h" with the same #include <linux/rhconfig.h> problem line. So also replace this with
#include </lib/modules/2.4.18-6mdk/build/include/linux/rhconfig.h> and it worked. Now when I play a file, I get "sox: Can't open output file '/dev/dsp': Permission denied" I've done everything the INSTALL and FAQ files say.
