That would probably help, but did not completely fixed my problem. I
started then to play with all the mixer and card controls and discovered
that when I set:
amixer cset numid=41,iface=MIXER,name='AD Input Select' off
then recording from the microphone is possible.
I have no idea why this work. Could any ALSA wizard tell me what is the 'AD
Input Select' used for? Why is recording from mic not working when 'AD
Input Select' is 'on'?
