Hi Takashi and Chris, thanks for your thread - my Winfast 6x Card with same c-media chip is now also working and I get Stereo output via the optical SPDIF as well as via analog. (with CVS driver version)
But I've got one problem left. My DVB-Card is connected to the Souncard via internal CD-Rom cable. So far that audio signal is only played via the analog output, but never via SPDIF. (I would like to use SPDIF to electrically decouple my pc from the receiver) I think to have tried now all amixer-settings - without success. Chris, is that scenario working with the Nightingale soundcard?
