Hi! I am using kernel 2.4.13 with devfs. I compiled ALSA driver 0.9.0beta8a. I managed to modprobe it, but devfs doesn't seem to create an entry for it in /dev/dsp /dev/sound/dsp etc. When I modprobe it the speaker makes a little noise, so I believe that the modules are being loaded correctly. I didn't compile my kernel with OSS modules support, should I? Is this the cause to the problem? TIA, Asaf Gery.
