Hi,

i just tried to compile alsa-driver 0.5.11 with my new kernel
2.4.10 and I receive the following error message. configure ran
fine, but when I type "make install", it starts compiling and then
stops with:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target
'/usr/src/linux/include/asm/rwsem.h', needed by 'sound.o'. Stop

The link /usr/src/linux is set to my kernel sources and the link
asm points to the correct directory (asm-i386). But there is no
file rwsem.h, so the error message makes sense.

This compilation went fine in the past. I couldn't find any hints
on that error. Is it a change in the new kernel?

Thanks

Andreas
