Well the output will be compiler dependent. I am using Dev C++ which
supports gcc based compilers and am getting deifferent answer

main()
{
int i=1;
printf("\n%d",i^=1%2);
printf("\n%d %d",i^=1%2,i<<=1%2);
return 0;
}
Output:
0
1 0
