specifying a bunch of times, because the correct amount is slightly
unknown for whatever reason?

Land Epochs:
"If a proposal entitled "Further win indirection" submitted in the 24 hours
before this proposal was submitted has been adopted"
-- if for any reason, the adoption of that proposal succeeds but the
changes to the rule fail, then this will update Light Overexposure
anyways.


I can't find anything truly substantially wrong though... :'(
