The events
A... lot of these events seem like things we shouldn't want to
incentivize, even if they aren't harmful in and of themselves.
M a player other than you submits a Cantus Cygneus
Cantus Cygneus is an important release valve; incentivizing using it
seems like it would diminish the importance of the message it sends.

Some of those offices (e.g. Arbitor, Distributor) are important to core
gameplay, and incentivizing people who might not be able to commit to
running them to hold them could lead to problems. A bit more
selfisnly, I am very attached to the offices I hold, and I am proud of
holding them continuously; it would be *very* frustrating to me for that
to be interrupted for someone to gain gameplay advantage (as opposed to,
e.g., my doing a bad job with them).
Any concerns with replacing them all with a single:
E right now, you hold at least one office
which seems like a useful thing to incentivize?
