Maybe this... change it to Official Agoran Birthday (that way it doesn't
matter if it's estimated or not) and add something like "if the
Registrar knows which day a player first registered and that player's
Official Agoran Birthday does not equal that date then the Registrar
SHOULD attempt to flip that player's Official Agoran Birthday to that date"
Or maybe just define Agoran Birthdate as a person switch, flipped to the
current date when a person registers for the first time, and then have
the proposal do one-time initialization of existing switches (including
the handful of other former players whose date of first registration is
undocumented). If one of them returns, e can submit a proposal to flip
eir Agoran Birthdate at that time.
