This doesn't do what you want it to do – it doesn't specify who does the transferring or how, so either the transferring doesn't work at all, or one player could perform everyone's actions. You probably want something along the lines of "Each player CAN once per week by announcement…" It also seems very likely that players will just transfer goblins from the L&FD to a random entity and immediately to themselves, making the mechanic mostly pointless. -- ais523
