Ello Agora, long time no e.

I have a message for this wonderful game that has been an on and off part
of my life for over a decade, about my personal journey and it is my hope
to submit it as a thesis, although I am not entirely sure how this will go
over with the academy which, as we all know, is extremely conservative and
strict in evaluating the qualifications for graduation.

Unfortunately, there is a minor obstacle to me submitting a new thesis,
namely that my ribbon bar is awfully full. In my defense, green—much less
lime green—is not my colour.

To remedy this, I would like to offer my services for coauthorship,
preferably on proposals that aren't highly controversial. I will happily
review them with reference to the current ruleset, but I will gleefully
pretend that Agora and its culture are otherwise the same as five years ago
when I last played. I can, alternatively, generate some ideas, possibly
silly ones.

Part of me wishes that I had the time to re-register, but alas, I must
continue to merely sit on the sidelines. It's quite possible, for reasons
that will become apparent when I publish my pre-print, that I will never
again have the time to rejoin... But it's also possible I will need a break
from the madness that is life in the exotic foreign nation of Canada. So
who knows? Perhaps someone could send me an invitation to the next Birthday
Tournament.

I am very happy to see that Agora is doing well, and seems to be fairly
lively. It warms this Princess's heart, and I am touched as always that the
Parade is still going so many years later. Though it is looking awfully
lonely...

Yours as always in pedantry,
-Alexis

P.S. It wouldn't be a proper return to Agora without causing a little bit
of chaos, so here is a CoE to the Tailor's most recent report: I have,
alas, only 15 Ribbons, not 16. Also, I CFJ {Alexis is a player.}, with
arguments {It wouldn't be the first time it happened by accident.}

P.P.S. It may be advisable to ratify the report as self-ratification has
likely been broken for years.

P.P.P.S. I suggest a proposal to make ratification work for this kind of
error. NFATTNTFTRRYAOSEMD: No finer Agora tradition than needing to fix the
ratification rule yet again over some excessively minor detail

P.P.P.P.S. Ahhhh, home sweet home. How I miss thee.
