No! Not at all. What kind of annotation would that be? “This is not the same blob as the one that registered on such and such date”? It's uncalled for in the context of the report. On the monthly report, maybe. But then, there are other disambiguating factors, such as email address. If emails are different and there is no note mentioning they are the same person, they are not. If we want to enforce that people must have unique names, that should be on the rules. And refering to a player with a note attached amounts to changing eir name (i.e., how they are refered to). -- juan
