If you are concerned for difficulty, there are simpler offices that are currently vacant, or the webmaster is pretty easy. The mad engineer is a bit wild but is actually easy, you might like that one! Just deputies for it! Then you can initiate the election for it yourself also, if you are trying to do ribbons stuff.
