Well it's an option to define the lots of a device auction (already in the rule), but that would have to at least include a win card, which would probably mess up the economy. Otherwise: "The device MUST do so at least once a month, and SHOULD do so at least twice each month.", but that probably creates impossible obligations for the Engineer. -- Jason Cobb Assessor, Rulekeepor, Stonemason
