Arguments(?): CFJs 3792 / 3798 would seem to provide a lot of precedent 
for the Judge to consider here, though I'm not entirely sure which 
direction it points. The former certainly seems opposed to the idea of 
being able to backdate parts of your report in the way that has happened 
here, though.
